Abstract

Purworejo District Health Office (DHO) has developed Health Center Management Information System (HCMIS) to provide quick, precise, and accurate information for supporting the process of decision making and the policy of services at Health Center. However, there was still any empty forms and did not use the system. To standardize Health Information System, Ministry of Health has released a concept of Generic SIKDA. Therefore, the system applied by Purworejo DHO needs to be evaluated using the method of HOT fit. This was qualitative research using indepth interview and direct observation. Main informants were nine data operators and informants for triangulation purpose was six persons from health centers and five persons from DHO. Furthermore, data were analyzed using content analysis. The result of this research revealed that the application of HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA. The system had been applied routinely but there was no a guidance book and training. Number of human resources was sufficient. However, there needed to make an implementer team of Health Information System in accordance with competency. There was no routine monitoring and current budget was not sufficient to maintain hardware to support the system. Quality of the system used was good, easy to use, and available of menu to communicate data. Unfortunately, quality of resulted information had still been inaccurate and incomplete because it did not cover data of services at Subsidiary Health Centers (SHC) and Village Health Posts (VHP). The lateness of services was related to a funding procedure. HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA but it had not been used to make a decision. As a suggestion, DHO needs to conduct training, monitor, and provide hardware and a network. Meanwhile, Health Centers needs to make a commitment for applying the HCMIS maximally by SHC and VHP.

Abstract

In 2016 from 7 Puskesmas in Tarakan City, 4 (four) Puskesmas (58%) sent their reports above the 5th of each month. There is still a mismatch of the number of source data with the results of recapitulation such as the number of DHF cases in Tarakan DHO with the number of DHF cases in the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia SKDR as well as the incompatibility of the reporting format by recording surveillance staff. The purpose of this study was to develop a Routine Data Quality Assessment (RDQA) instrument for DHF Epidemiological Surveillance in Tarakan City Health Office. The type of research used is Research and Development. The total subjects of the study were 9 people with details of 7 data management officers in the Puskesmas in the Tarakan DKK working area and 1 person in charge of the DHF Program in Tarakan DKK. The steps in this study, namely: (1) Potential and problems, (2) Data Collection (3) Product Design (4) Design Validation (5) Design Revision (6) Product Trial (7) Product Revision (8) Trial Use. The results of this study are that data quality assessment instruments have been developed according to RDQA and routine data quality assessments by the Ministry of Health with R & D research methods modified with eight indicators namely timeliness, data availability, data completeness, monitoring and evaluation unit capabilities, reporting indicators and guidelines, data collection and reporting format, data management process, linkages with the national reporting system and the use of data for decision making. The results of the assessment of the instruments developed, namely the aspect of content feasibility has an average value of 81%, the feasibility aspect of presentation is 78% and language assessment aspects 81%. Based on the results of the assessment of the three aspects assessed in the development of the RDQA instrument, a good conclusion is reached, but there are general recommendations given both by the Chair of the DHF Program in the DHO and the Epidemiological Surveillance Data Management Officer in DHO and Puskesmas, namely the use of modules and manuals RDQA instrument.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesuksesan sistem informasi kesehatan haji di KKP Semarang melalui pendekatan DeLone and McLean. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kulitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Wawancara disusun berdasarkan model Update kesuksesan DeLone and McLean terhadap enam dimensi yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat yang didapat dari menggunakan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem memiliki fleksibilitas yang baik dengan dapat diakses dari mana saja dan adanya falisitas ekspor dan impor ke excel untuk memudahkan input dan pembuatan laporan. Informasi yang ditampilkan juga sudah lengkap.dan akurat, sehingga membuat pengguna merasa puas selama menggunakannya. Kekurangan sistem ini adalah pada kapasitas penyimpanan yang harus ditambah karena menampung semua sistem yang ada di KKP Semarang. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari sistem adalah pekerjaan menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan. Selain itu hasil informasi dapat digunakan sebagai bahan perencanaan oleh KKP Semarang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Kegiatan Evaluasi Pelayanan di Puskesmas Halmahera Kota Semarang seringkali berjalan kurang baik karena informasi kepuasan pasien yang berasal dari survey kepuasan pasien belum dapat mendukung kegiatan evaluasi. Ada beberapa permasalahan pada sistem informasi kepuasan pasien sebelum dikembangkan yaitu Petugas RM seringkali terlambat melaporkan informasi kepuasan pasien kepada Koordinator BP dan Kepala Puskesmas dikarenakan proses pengolahan data kepuasan pasien memakan waktu lama, laporan kepuasan pasien belum dapat memberikan informasi dengan jelas dan ketika akan mengakses kembali informasi mengalami kesulitan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Halmahera Kota Semarang untuk mendukung evaluasi pelayanan. Desain penelitian adalah desain pra eksperiment dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest, pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Puskesmas, Koordinator BP dan Petugas RM. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam dan cheklist. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis isi dan rata-rata tertimbang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem infromasi kepuasan pasien untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem sebelum dikembangkan. Hasil dari perhitungan rata-rata tertimbang menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor sesudah sistem dikembangkan lebih tinggi dari pada rata-rata skor sebelum sistem di kembangkan dari aspek kejelasan informasi dari 2.04 menjadi 4.18, ketepatan waktu dari 2.19 menjadi 4.24 dan kemudahan akses informasi dari 2.23 menjadi 4.43. Sebagian besar pasien menyatakan sistem informasi kepuasan pasien mudah digunakan dan sebagian besar pasien juga setuju jika sistem informasi kepuasan pasien terus diterapkan. Sistem informasi kepuasan pasien yang baru dikembangkan secara periodik perlu dievaluasi dan pihak manajemen agar terus menerus memonitor sistem informasi kepuasan pasien untuk menjamin sistem terus berjalan.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Kepuasan Pasien, PuskesmasABSTRACTEvaluation activity of services at Halmahera Health Center in Semarang City was not good because information of patients’ satisfaction obtained from a survey could not be used to support the evaluation activity. This research aimed to develop information system of patients’ satisfaction at Halmahera Health Center in Semarang to support evaluation of services. This was pre-experiment design using one group pretest-posttest approach. Development of the system used a method of FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique). Research subjects encompassed head of health center, coordinator of BP, and RM officer. Data were collected using techniques of observation, indepth interview, and checklist. Furthermore, data were analyzed using content analysis and balanced average.The research resulted new information system of patients’ satisfaction to solve problems happened in the old system. The result of balanced average calculation showed that average of scores in the new system was higher than that of the old system. Aspect of information clarity increased fro 2.04 to 4.18. Similarly, aspect of timeliness rose from 2.19 to 4.24 and aspect of easiness to access climb from 2.23 to 4.43. Most of patients stated that the new system was user friendly and they agreed if it was applied. The new information system of patients’ satisfaction needs to periodically be evaluated and the health center manager needs to continually monitor the system in order to keep it running properly.Keywords : Information System of Patients’ Satisfaction, Health Center

Abstract

Performance evaluation of Pharmacy Management Information System (PMIS) at Roemani Hospital was done because a policy of pharmacy system operation had not been fully implemented, a finance manager was difficult to predict expenditures to buy stock of medicines, information about amount of medicine on the pharmacy information system was different from amount of medicine which was available in repository, and quality of pharmacist was still low. Analysis model of HOT - Fit put important components on information system namely Human, Organization, and Technology. This research aimed to find out about performance of pharmacy information system at Muhammadiyah Roemani Hospital viewed from users’ perceptions using indicators of Hot Fit Model. This was descriptive research using quantitative approach. Population was all officers (40 persons) who were involved in PMIS. Research instruments consisted of a questionnaire, an observation sheet, and guidance interview. Furthermore, data were analyzed using descriptive statistics continued by categorizing to be good (e”mean/median) and bad (<mean/median) using data normality. The result of observation revealed that overall; viewed from total score of all aspects, mostly respondents had good performance of PMIS (75%). In addition, viewed from the aspects of human and organization, most of them had bad performances (55%) and (57.5%) respectively. In contrast, viewed from the aspect of technology, most of them had good performance (55%). As a conclusion, the performance of PMIS had been categorized as good. It had fulfilled the aspects of timeliness of receiving information and completion of the information. In addition, the aspects of information quality had fulfilled criteria of completeness and relevance but have not fulfilled accuracy of information. The aspect of technology was categorized as good performance whereas performances of the other aspects, namely human and organization were not good. These factors caused inaccuracy and quickness of providing information. As a suggestion, further pieces of follow- up research need to be conducted to examine recommendation (SOP of a pharmacist, SOP of a MIS officer, a training schedule, and master plan of pharmacy IS) which is provided to identify effects of a PMIS use. In addition, supervision by head of pharmacy needs to be done to monitor performance of pharmacist related to the implementation of SOP.

Mekanisme penyelenggaraan imunisasi termasuk pengelolaan rantai vaksin, pencatatan dan pelaporan serta supervisi dan bimbingan teknis. Agar pelaksanaan program imunisasi berhasil, maka semua unsur harus berjalan dengan baik, termasuk manajemen penggunaan vaksin yang bertujuan terhadap peningkatan pengelolaan administrasi vaksin imunisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi administrasi penggunaan vaksin untuk mendukung pengelolaan imunisasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Barat.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan Pra-Eksperimental Design (One-Group Pretest-Postest Design). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 7 responden untuk Analisa kebutuhan pengembangan sistem informasi dan 15 responden untuk uji coba sistem informasi. Hasil Analisis data secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa nlai rerata tertimbang secara keseluruhan kualitas informasi sebelum pengembangan sistem sebesar 2,27 dan setelah pengembangan sistem 3,36. Terdapat peningkatan nilai rerata sesudah pengembangan sistem sebesar 1,09 artinya terdapat perbedaan kelengkapan, kemudahan, kesesuaian, keakuratan, ketepatan waktu sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan sistem.Perlu adanya dukungan dan komitmen dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Barat untuk memanfaatkan sistem informasi ini sebagai sumber informasi untuk mendukung pengelolaan administrasi vaksin imunisasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Kata kunci       : Sistem Informasi, administrasi vaksin, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh BaratKepustakaan   : 42 (2001-2015)

Abstract

Implementasi SIM RS di Indonesia diatur dalam Permenkes No.1171 tahun 2011 dan UU No.14 tahun 2008. Salah satu faktor penting dalam kesuksesan implementasi SIM RS adalah kesiapan pengguna. RSUD Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan telah mengimplementasikan SIM RS sejak tahun 2015, namun implementasi SIM RSUD Kajen belum berjalan optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meganalisis SIM RSUD Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden penelitian adalah 44 staff RSUD Kajen yang menggunakan SIM RSUD Kajen sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan yang dipilih dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software smartPLS.Hasil penelitian implementasi SIM RSUD Kajen menunjukkan norma subjektif berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan SIM RSUD Kajen (T=3,275), kepercayaan diri responden berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan SIM RSUD Kajen (T=7,857), persepsi responden terkait kemudahan penggunaan SIM RSUD Kajen berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap persepsi responden terkait manfaat SIM RSUD Kajen (T=3,227) dan niat menggunakan SIM RSUD Kajen (T=2,034). Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan SIM RSUD Kajen adalah pembuatan kebijakan penggunaan SIM RS, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampial staff serta monitoring dan evaluasi berkala penggunaan SIM RS.
